Dimensions of bicycle vertical dropouts for 135mm wheel spacing?

I need to design and fabricate (cnc mill) custom dropouts for a bamboo bicycle from a plate of 6061 aluminum, but i do not know any of the industry standards for derailleur hanger locations, or disc brake tab locations relative to the location of the rear axle in the dropout. The bike will be using Avid mechanical disc brakes and a 9spd Shimano Deora derailleur, and the dropouts will have a standard 135mm spacing for the rear wheel. If anyone can help me find a general set of dimensions to go from for the derailleur hanger and disc brake tab locations so that I can fabricate these components and continue my construction, I would be extremely grateful!

I don’t know of any “standards” for dropouts other than the width of the slot where the axle fits but I do have an idea for you.

Using that dimension as your reference point, go to http://www.kinesis.com.tw and look at their selection of frame ends. Using the reference above you can work out the dimensions of the rest. A good general dropout width is 5mm.

Make sure that the dropouts are treated to T6 condition after machining or they will be too soft to handle the load!

EDIT: After thinking a bit more, you might want to search http://www.shimano.com and look at the tech documents for a Deore (not “Deora”) rear derailleur and see if there are any pecularities such as minimum chainstay (distance from center of bottom bracket to center of hanger bolt) length or anything else. Again, I can’t think of any but it is better to be safe than sorry. You can also use Shimano info to check placement of your rear disc caliper since it is international standard.
