How much does it cost to get a disc brake installed cost to get put on its front edge?
I'm thinking get a fox fork in the front of my bike. but my bike is old but it works very well. The new Fox Shox 32 F-Series are disc brakes. I just need to know about how cost to get a disc brake installed on the front edge?
The installation of a disc brake system is easier to install a new fork, however, goes further than just cost. No sites containing a disc? A center hole 6. If so, does the fork to match the geometry of the bike? A general rule, you can increase travel * about * 20 mm from original before Your bike has the right to use the headset fork? If you are good to now have to decide what disk brakes to add. There are mechanical and hydraulic. mechanical brakes are easier and cheaper. My hard tail has Avid BB7 and they are good (mechs reasonable). My full suspension has Avid Juicy 5 and are amazing (but expensive hydraulic). Before doing it myself, I have prices * About * $ 60 - $ 100 and have been the decade of the BB7.
