I sold a top on eBay and went down 99p, 4.00 plus postage (i usually send things first class) and the top is worth BNWT £ 20 Anyway, this idiot has bought me and now I am pi $ $ Ing off by the cost of shipping when it arrives saying she will verify stamp and told me to go and read the rules of eBay. This commoner has only 38 stars on ebay I'm thinking of saying no to her that bothers me just pay and reinstated, but may still leave me negative feedback even though they have not paid? can only say that is a Cnut
You may cancel the sale, do it now before she paid. You can make up a sort of apology, as you find a defect in the top and no longer sold it, etc. You can also report to her trying to negotiate after the sale is completed, that's a no-no on ebay. And definitely your block so that she can not bid on any of its other elements (plus you can relist the item, but wait a bit before doing so).
