I'm building a road bike from parts scratch.What Is it necessary, in addition to Marco, Fork, seat, seatpost .. Thanks?
Quintana Roo Caliente 2008 Tri-Bike 54cm M size frame ... What I have to buy to complete this bike. Any input would be appreciated. So far I have the frame, fork, seatpost, and seat. On the second point, is I can turn this into a road bike straight bar.
A headset, if you have a mother, separators, and the handlebars to complete the picture. If you want a road bike / triathlon bike, get a set handlebar drop and some clips aerobars. If you want a true tri-bike, get a set of cow horn bars and aerobars good match with them. Then you need what you call a team: the brakes, cranks, derailleurs, shifters, brake levers, bottom bracket, chain, cassette, and wheels. If you receive a traditional road bike, levers and brake levers will be a single piece, referred to as a brake / shifter. If you build a tri-bike with horn bars cow, you will need bar end shifters-on aerobars and aero brake levers for cowhorns. Kits can be made by Campagnolo, Shimano and SRAM. Each is a little different and has different levels of components, but not a machine is actually better than the other ... all your preferences. Finish the bike out with cables, and should be adjusted. Talk to your local bike shop to buy the parts and get the correct size. Regarding the second question, however, can but be a little a loss of a tri-bike. If desired, you can get flat bar road shifters of both Shimano and Campagnolo kits that match your way.
