This is the shifter and rear derailleur compatible?
If these two elements compatible 21-speed SHIMANO RAPID FIRE GEAR SHIFTERS STI and rear derailleur RDTX30B like me there really is not much about mountain bikes any help will be appreciated is this compatible CN-HG50 chain 6 of the string / 7 / 8 speed - 114 links Shimano chain
Basically, any shift lever Shimano index (either road or mountain) can be used in combination with any Shimano. As for your combo, you are fine IF (a) you are using a 7-sp cassette / freewheel and (b) the suspension integrated into the TX30 RD work with the framework.
