I rotate three times a week. I see that some people are spinning shoes with cleats that clip into the pedals. My question is that it worth it? What are the advantages of having these shoes? Will I get better results?
Once you start using witout never want to turn them. The main advantages of using spinning shoes is that your feet never slide the pedal back, you can pull the pedal up resulting in more power. Spinning bikes is also a good training ground if you are planning to use staples in any of their bikes.
