Do you think the UAE will be able to use its 45 A380 cost?
I know you are very ambitious and the airlines have a big expansion plan, but 45 super jumbos is a bit too much, right?! What do you think?
It is certainly a lot of seats to fill, but the network of routes Emirates is growing so rapidly and the UAE (Dubai in particular) is growing so fast that the demand can only grow further. Have you seen the details of the new Dubai International Airport is being built? 6 parallel tracks! I think Dubai is also becoming a major hub for passengers in transit through (even more than it already is), and its location makes it perfect so that (in the center of Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia). If United make full use of this market will fill their super-jumbo problem. Do not think they are being a bit too ambitious, good luck to them.
