How to you wrap your knee?
I have a bad knee and I have athletic tape And pre-wrap. I’ve been wrapping my kbee this one way but it’s not working good. Does any one know how to wrap a left knee wit athletic tape and/or pre-wrap?
okay i haven’t done this myself but my cousin is an athletic doctor all you do is relax and wrap the tape around your knee avoiding your knee cap. add extra tape right beneath your knee cap for extra support
