Especially head / face. Any site is useful? And a site that actually contains a tutorial for the development of higher or lower angles, no some sites simply dumping picture here, thanks.
Short answer? Through the study of perspective, and breaking the ways of simple geometric shapes before trying to develop them. Long answer ... Here's a book I find particularly useful for people - http://www.scribd.com/doc/255814/Andrew-Loomis-Figure-Drawing It was written by an artist in the 50's so the people all look a little vintage, but can still help. Take special note on pages 48 and 49. For heads, try one of his other books: http://www.scribd.com/doc/15354718/Figure-Drawing-Head-and-Hands-by-Andrew-Loomis Pages 21 and 22 will give you an idea good luck.! Learn to draw people are not a quick process, but it is * * fascinating.
