was to make hash tonight and was told by the family ever to boil hot water kettle and pour in the pan but the wife was told to use cold tap water which it is better to boil minced meat?
Fry first, then if the recipe for the needs of any amount of liquid added (for example, actions / Etc wine) it does not matter if boiled first or not - you will get boiled / heated anyway lol. Even if you add actions must be boiled at the pad bouillon dissolves better. Careful not to add too much water otherwise it will be as watery meat soup (- mmmmm)! Just add the liquid gradually. Ps. It seems that you just might find a recipe for any type of meat is the recipe and stick to the recipe!
